Once a package has been purchased a Smokey Eyes representative will contact you within 1 working day to arrange a booking. All grows will be conducted at the clients premises. All grows and related information will be kept confidential, unless the client specifies otherwise.
Consultation Package:
- Once off service whereby we visit your premises to inspect your grow area/facility.
- You will also receive a detailed report of the current condition of the (intended) grow space as well as a detailed list of what is needed to rectify any issues or prepare the area.
One Month Maintenance Package:
- 4 Weekly checkups of the grow area (indoors or outdoors)
- The grow representative will bring testing equipment and consumables as needed.
- Customer will be billed for any consumables used i.e. nutrients, pesticides, etc...
Full Growth Cycle Package (1 Flowering Cycle):
- Bi-Weekly checkups of the grow area indoors or outdoors (only available for outdoor between September and March/April.)
- Package is per grow space, up to max of 8 flowering plants per household.
- Customer will not be billed for seeds/food/soil/pots
- 24H Emergency service free of charge
Full Year Package (Indoor Only - 2 Flowering Cycles):
- Bi-Weekly checkups of the grow room(s)/tent(s).
- Package is per grow space, up to max of 8 flowering plants per household.
- Customer will not be billed for seeds/food/soil/pots
- 24H Emergency service free of charge
Pest Control Service:
- Client will be invoiced for pesticides used
- No Guarantee, but our experts will do the best possible work
- Service is for an entire grow space (Max 8 plants)
- Once off service (We recommend at least two of these so that we can do a follow up after initial treatment)
Full Spectrum Lab Analysis:
- Minimum 5 Gram Sample
- Waiting Period of 7 working days
- Sample will be disposed of after testing
- We will collect the sample and email results
